Cartoning machines
SALK 100
These machines are designed for automatic folding and gluing of carton boxes from the shaping cut parts. The range of the sizes and forms can vary. Fusing glue technology and/or sticking tape is used for the gluing. Carton cut parts are removed from the magazine, then the flaps are gradually bent and covered with glue. Finally, the flaps are shut and glued together. The machines can be combined with automatic and/or manual putting the products into the carton box.
Performance: 100 - 600 cartons/hour
SALK 200
These machines are designed for automatic folding and gluing of carton boxes for the products of type yogurt, lactic milk or cream. The range of the size and forms can vary. Fusing glue technology is used for the gluing. Carton cut parts are removed from the magazine, then the flaps are gradually bent and covered with glue. Finally, the flaps are shut and glued together. The machines can be combined with automatic and/or manual putting the products into the carton box.
Performance: 600 – 1000 cartons/hour
SALK 300
These machines are designed for automatic packing of products into carton boxes. They are used so end equipment of packing lines. Carton cut parts are automaticly removed from the stack and inserted on the stepping conveyer with currently boxes shaping. After product putting, the flaps are gradually bent and covered with glue. Finally, the flaps are shut and glued together. The machine can be equipped by marking unit.
Performance: 2200 cartons/hour
